Grab your loudest Hawaiian shirt, flower garlands and flamingo glasses, because we’re bringing you a fun run like no other - packed with colour bursts, summer vibes and plenty of tropical tunes along the route.

This is a non-timed, family-friendly, dog-friendly 5k run/walk, perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you jog, sprint, dance or stroll your way to the finish line, you’ll be supporting local hospice care with every step.
