Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to dance your heart out, have loads of fun and make a positive impact in your community. Here what our Strictly Dancers had to say about there experience this year…
“Jed and I have never watched Strictly let alone thought about dancing, but the opportunity to do something different for an important cause was a no brain brainer.
It’s been amazing, gains - new moves, new friends, new sparkly outfits. We’ll be back for 2026!”
“My experience of the last few months has been truly amazing - learning a new skill, dancing with my friend, laughing until we cried in some of the rehearsals with our teacher, (the fabulous Lee), the costume, the music, the excitement (and the nerves), the camaraderie with all the other couples and team at the Wisdom Hospice .... pure joy!!
I really feel like I was just a small part of a fantastic team event which raised lots of money for such a worthwhile cause - and as for lifting the Glitterball Trophy (well that was the most incredible feeling and probably the most surprised I’ve ever been in my life)”
“It’s been a roller coaster of a ride. My dance partner Emma and I were at the stage of firmly telling each other ‘grab my hand’ and ‘hold me like this’. We are physically and mentally broken, but when we nail a routine we take the high give it a whoop whoop!
We know we are not really broken, not like some of the families and friends we see at the Wisdom Hospice visiting loved ones. The support of the hospice is so helpful which is why we keep dancing”
